Scheduling & Appointments
When you request service, we will work with you to schedule a visit. Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by emergency calls, travel, and conditions beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window and to notify you of significant delays.
Pricing, Estimates & Payment
We provide pricing before work begins whenever possible. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope of work differs from what was described. Final pricing is confirmed before work proceeds. We do not charge evening, weekend, or holiday surcharges; any applicable fees are disclosed upfront. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.
Warranties
Repairs generally include a 90-day parts and labor warranty, and new door installations include a 1-year labor warranty with manufacturer parts warranties. Full warranty terms, conditions, and exclusions are provided on your service invoice and are available on request. Warranty claims must be submitted by contacting us; we will assess and address valid claims in accordance with the terms provided.
Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled appointment by contacting us. If a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived, a reasonable trip or service fee may apply, which will be disclosed at the time of cancellation.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and address information so we can locate and serve you.
- Ensure safe access to the garage door and work area, including securing pets and moving vehicles if requested.
- Authorize work before it begins and pay for services rendered.
Limitation of Liability
